Bold Hold lace Tint will not lighten the lace only deposit color to the lace.

Product Care Instructions

Tinting is the last thing you will do before styling.
USE AFTER YOU HAVE ALREADY BLEACHED THE KNOTS, SHAMPOOED, AND CONDITIONED THE LACE PIECE.
After the lace piece/units have been bleached, you should spray the lace tint all over the back side of the lace piece. Let it air dry for a few minutes or you may blow dry the back side for a few second. Once it has dried, you may style as desired.

For darker shades of a specific tint. You may apply various coats until you’ve reached the desired tone.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

To secure your appointment, we require a 30% deposit of the total service cost. This serves as a partial payment and is fully refundable if you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you fail to show up or cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will lose your deposit.
Kindly provide us with a 48-hour cancellation notice to be eligible for a refund. We greatly value our time as it is directly linked to our earnings.
Rescheduling to another day requires a 24-hour notice, otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for another appointment.
These measures have been implemented due to a high number of no-shows.

No Plus One:

We kindly request that customers come alone unless they are accompanying someone who is also receiving a service.

Children:

For insurance reasons, we kindly ask customers not to bring young children to the salon if the service requires more than 30 minutes.

Refund Policy: Service:

We do not offer refunds for any services provided. If you are not satisfied, we will make necessary corrections or redo the hairstyle.

Product:

We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased on our website in a resalable condition, providing a full refund.
Wigs, frontals, closures, and bundles must not be tampered with, and tags, labels, and lace must be intact without any cutting or bleaching.
Boldhold glue must not be used or the bottle opened.
If you change your mind, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item, while delivery fees will be incurred by the customer.

Delivery and Postage:

Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the following day.
Our delivery service operates on working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be processed and posted on the next working day.
For next day delivery, orders placed before 2 pm on working days will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day.
Orders placed after 2 pm will not be eligible for next working day delivery.
