                                DEPOSIT

    We required 30% of the total cost of the service from all client,  this is a partial payment towards your service, and is fully refundable,should you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment 

          CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE

    If you fail to show up or cancel your appointment  less than 48hours,you  will lose your deposit

    We need a 48 hours  cancellation notice for  a refund, Please kindly appreciate our time is our wages,

    Rescheduling to another day require a 24 hours notice or you lose your deposit and you will need to pay deposit towards another appointment,

    Regrettably, we need to put this measure in place because of the number  of  No show

    NO PLUS ONE,

    customer should come on there own , except if there are coming with someone that is getting there hair done ,

    Children ,

    For insurance reasons , We kindly ask customers not to bring young  children to the salon if the service require is more than 30min ,

    Refunds Policy

    Service 

    unfortunately, we do not give a refund for any service we provide, if you not happy, we correct or redo the hairstyle.

    Product

    we offer a 14 days return on all item brought on our website in a resellabe condition full refund

    wigs,  frontal, closure, and bundle bought , must not have been tamper with in any way, tags and labels  must still be intact, lace must not be cut or bleach ,

    boldhold glue 

    all glue must not be used, or bottle opened

    if you change your mind , refund will be given for the cost of the item, delivery fee will be incurred by the customer

    Delivery and postage

    order placed after 2pm will be processed next day

    our delivery is for working days , item place on Saturday Sunday or bank holidays will be processed and posted on the next working day

    for next day delivery order place before 2 pm on working days ,will be send of same day and received next working day

    item placed after 2pm will not be eligible for next working day
