when we post an item , we can only go with the tracking the postage give, we advise customers to be patient

RETURN
ITEM not wanted should be return within 14days of purchase in a sellable state
or you can refuse delivery so as not to incurred return cost
all items are signed for , so we track all item,
if by any chance you did not receive your item within 15workng days of posting, will send another or a refund ,
in the event that the other item is received, pls contact us to let us know, because we claim for every undelivered item from Royal mail, but if there is evidence that is has been delivered and signed for and the customer did not contact us to let us know and the item has been with the customer for more than 28days, we charge the cost of the item with interest
